Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Virtual Outpatient Therapist

About the position

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide therapy services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems. Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills

Requirements

• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and/or Wisconsin required
• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Proven experience in therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience
• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours
• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13+
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
