Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to educate and advise them on the best policies and coverages for their unique needs.
  • Create insurance quotes, cross-sell, and round out accounts using professional skills.
  • Service existing clients with coverage questions and policy changes, utilizing outstanding customer service skills.
  • Take payments, issue insurance documentation, and assist clients with other policy needs, ensuring keen attention to detail.

Requirements

  • An Active New York Property & Casualty License is required.
  • 3+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience working with multiple carriers is required.
  • Experience in quoting commercial lines with multiple carriers is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask as a team player.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver with the ability to quickly build rapport.
