About the position

The Licensed Customer Service Representative at Allstate Insurance Agency will be responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing of insurance policies, assisting policyholders, and supporting agents. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction in a full-service insurance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist policyholders with insurance inquiries, billing, policy updates, and coverage explanations
  • Identify and discuss cross-sale opportunities with existing clients
  • Provide administrative support to agents and office staff as needed
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Handle incoming client calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related changes

Requirements

  • Active 4-40 Customer Representative license or 20-44 Personal Lines Agent license
  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in personal lines insurance
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice-to-haves
