As a Licensed Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support services to members related to the sales and service function. This includes servicing insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments, as well as selling travel, tours, airline tickets, and membership products. You will route members with complete travel itineraries, including triptiks, brochures, tour books, maps, and all necessary travel and recreation information in accordance with Company and National AAA approved procedures. In this role, you will also provide cashiering services to members, which includes taking insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement), travel and membership payments, and processing remittance/depository transfers while balancing the cash drawer. Responding to customer inquiries and referring them to agents when appropriate is essential. You will provide high-level administrative support to Travel and Insurance Agents during peak periods and assist management in the basic training of less senior personnel. Conducting outbound promotional call activities per management request and promoting Auto Club Group products and services will also be part of your responsibilities. You will participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service, following the customer service model. Additionally, you will receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management in complaint resolution as necessary. Participation in office events developed to generate revenue, improve member awareness of products, and support local community activities is also expected.
