About the position

As a Licensed Electrical Engineer in the Industrial Facilities Engineering and Design Team at Olsson, you will lead and manage projects while providing technical support. This role emphasizes quality assurance and mentoring within a collaborative environment, focusing on innovative solutions for various industrial projects, including renewable energy and ag-industrial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and project management for the engineering team.
• Execute quality assurance/quality control plans for projects.
• Elevate technical expertise through mentoring and training.
• Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Conduct electrical design services including power distribution and lighting.
• Travel to job sites for observation as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a registered professional engineer.
• 6-12 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to provide innovative solutions.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
