About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC/R Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The HVAC/R Journeyman will be responsible for ensuring that all systems operate at peak performance and comply with safety regulations and standards. In this role, you will work closely with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. You will be expected to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, as well as provide excellent customer service to clients. The HVAC/R Journeyman will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used, as well as providing recommendations for system upgrades and improvements. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to prevent system failures. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
