Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to clients.
• Supervise associates in-person, if qualified.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance.
• Participate in a hybrid model of in-person and remote therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to provide supervision to associates.
