About the position
Community Health Services is looking for a full-time LISW or LPCC responsible for providing evidence-based counseling and mental health assessments to adult and pediatric patients. This position requires comprehensive assessments, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with team members and community agencies. Office hours are Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays!
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based counseling and mental health assessments to adult and pediatric patients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with team members and community agencies.
Requirements
- Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) certification.
- Experience in providing mental health assessments and counseling.
