Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Generate and close leads for auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell and bundle insurance policies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients about coverage options and policy features.
• Process quotes, applications, and endorsements efficiently and accurately.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within 90 days).
• Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and other sales platforms.
