About the position

The Licensed Customer Service Representative at State Farm Agency is a key role focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. Responsibilities

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

  • Active Property and Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
