The Licensed Insurance P & C Agent Customer Service role at West Ridge Insurance Agency involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The agent will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a Property & Casualty License and emphasizes the importance of building trust and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Reconcile and process money movement and transportation queries
• Process all transfers and audit requests

Requirements

• Property & Casualty License is required
• Insurance experience is preferred
• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills
