About the position

The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This role requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products, and it offers immediate hiring opportunities with a focus on growth and development within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Property and Casualty Sales License - REQUIRED
• Ability to commute to our office in Cary, NC
• 2+ years active insurance sales and customer service experience - Preferred
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Nice-to-haves

• Current North Carolina Life and Health Sales License - A MAJOR PLUS
• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
