Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market appropriate products and services to clients.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Insurance Sales Experience with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.
• Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license (must have or be willing to obtain).
• Life & Health license (must have or be willing to obtain).
• State Farm experience preferred.
