- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements
- Insurance Sales Experience, preferably with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales experience in outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers.
