About the position

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position at Rula Health offers licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide high-quality behavioral health care to individuals, couples, and families. As a 1099 contractor, therapists enjoy complete schedule autonomy and are supported by Rula's administrative team, allowing them to focus solely on client care. Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Manage client sessions and maintain accurate session notes.
• Collaborate with Rula's credentialing team for quick enrollment with insurance partners.
• Adjust availability and manage caseload according to personal preference.
• Utilize Rula's administrative support for billing, claims, and technical assistance.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or Licensed Masters Social Work (LMSW).
• Must be licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telehealth therapy.
