About the position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking passionate Massage Therapists to join our new location in Spring Cypress, Texas. This role focuses on providing exceptional massage and bodywork services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and revitalized. Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements

• Adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue).
• Willingness to learn and receive training in all modalities offered by Hand and Stone.
