The Licensed Medicare Health Agent position at HealthPlanOne is a remote role focused on selling Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPDs). This role offers a guaranteed salary for the first 90 days, along with various performance incentives and support to ensure success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Sell Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPDs) to clients.
- Support multiple carriers simultaneously in the sales process.
- Utilize proprietary lead generation tools to maximize sales potential.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with health insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Active health insurance license in the state of residence.
- Experience in selling Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPDs).
- Proven track record of supporting multiple carriers.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with high volume multi-carrier Medicare Advantage plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
