Responsibilities

- Conduct group and individual counseling sessions.

- Coordinate services and link patients to community resources that meet their needs.
- Engage in crisis prevention and management activities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Counseling or Behavioral Sciences.
- Current Georgia LMSW, LAPC, or LAMFT license or equivalent.
- Experience with the SPMI and/or Additive Disease population preferred.
