About the position
The Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) position at Rula Health involves providing high-quality telehealth services to clients while enjoying complete schedule autonomy and administrative support. As a 1099 contractor, you will focus on client care without the burden of marketing or administrative tasks, allowing you to deliver effective mental health services to individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling services to clients.
- Manage your own schedule and caseload without minimum requirements.
- Collaborate with Rula's credentialing team for quick enrollment with insurance partners.
- Utilize Rula's support for billing, claims, and technical assistance.
- Engage in case consultations and participate in a therapist community for professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
- Ability to provide telehealth services.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in telehealth counseling.
- Familiarity with insurance billing and claims processes.
