About the position

Talkspace is seeking licensed therapists and counselors to join its fully remote, part-time platform, allowing mental health professionals to provide care on their own schedule. This role offers flexibility in managing caseloads without the overhead costs associated with private practice, enabling therapists to focus on their craft while Talkspace handles client referrals and billing.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health care to clients through the Talkspace platform.
• Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments using the Talkspace app.
• Engage with clients via text, video, and audio messages.
• Participate in the Learning Community sessions to earn free CE credits.

Requirements

• Independent, state-board-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application.
• Individual NPI number.
• Current residence in the USA.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with teletherapy or online counseling.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in a remote setting.
