We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. We offer Licensed Therapists a competitive compensation package based on productivity with uncapped earning potential, with a compensation range of $80,000-$107,000 for this W2 employed position. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401K with a 4% match. We have both part-time and full-time options available, as well as support for continuing education units (CEUs), paid parental leave, and malpractice insurance. Our beautiful new office is located in Kirkland, with locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. The offices are beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends optional, allowing for a flexible schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules. We also offer a hybrid model with in-person and remote flexibility. Therapists are a critical part of our clinician team. We are seeking Therapists that are fully licensed in Washington State, including Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LICSW). Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, as well as individual and/or couples therapy, is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples therapy to clients.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in telehealth or digital health services.
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model of in-person and remote therapy.
