About the position

The Licensed Mental Health Professional position at OptiMindHealth (OMH) offers remote full-time and part-time opportunities for compassionate psychotherapists. The role focuses on providing superior behavioral health services to adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Clinicians will have the flexibility to customize their schedules and care for patients while being part of an integrated care team. OMH emphasizes work-life balance, leadership opportunities, and a collaborative approach to mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the integrated care team model at OMH.
• Customize care for each patient based on individual needs.
• Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Create and manage a flexible schedule between Mondays and Fridays, typically from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Focus on patient care without additional on-call responsibilities, with back-office support handling billing and documentation.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Oregon.
• Ability to practice independently as a licensed mental health professional.
• Licensure in the state(s) of Massachusetts and/or Colorado preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in integrated behavioral health care.
• Familiarity with outpatient behavioral health practices.
