About the position

The Licensed Mental Health Teletherapist position at MySpectrum involves providing teletherapy services to clients across Virginia. This role allows therapists to work from home while focusing on their clinical practice, as MySpectrum handles administrative tasks such as billing, marketing, and scheduling. The company seeks therapists who are innovative, relationship-driven, and passionate about helping diverse populations, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, and Mental Health Spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy virtually in standard 45-60 minute blocks
• Complete Assessments
• Complete Treatment Plans
• Complete Progress Notes
• Provide input about the best strategies, techniques, and services to offer to help as many people as possible
• Be an integral part of MySpectrum

Requirements

• Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia
• Eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Desire to contribute to the growth of the company
• Flexibility to commit to the role and grow a caseload
• Must have high-speed internet access
• Must have HIPAA protected space for sessions
• Must be comfortable working remotely
