We are currently seeking talented Licensed Mental Health Therapists who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This position is available for our Overland Park and Foster St locations in Kansas, and we are looking for candidates who are comfortable treating children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan. The ideal candidate must be independently licensed in the state of Kansas and will have the opportunity to work onsite. We offer quick credentialing within 30 days, and EMDR certification is a plus. As part of our clinical team, Licensed Mental Health Therapists will have the ability to work with both adult and child/adolescent populations. We provide unlimited earning potential that can exceed $75,000-$99,000, along with great benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, and three weeks of vacation. Our work environment promotes a strong work-life balance, and we offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with annual stock awards ranging from $65k-$107K. This is an outpatient practice setting with no call, no nights, and no weekends required, allowing for a collegial work environment in newly designed and modern offices. We also provide full administrative support so that our therapists can focus on what they do best, utilizing the latest in digital technology.
