Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adults and child/adolescent populations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Requirements

• Must hold an active Illinois license (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT or LPC/LSW/ALMFT with outpatient experience).

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
