About the position

Signature HealthCARE of Spencer County is seeking a visionary Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), to lead our skilled nursing facility. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of long-term care, aligning with our mission to radically change the landscape of healthcare. As an LNHA, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our 120-bed facility, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and services to our residents. You will lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering a culture of innovation and empowerment among staff and residents alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our facility through the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, focusing on person-directed care and quality assurance accreditation. In this role, you will be expected to develop talent within your team, ensuring that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care. You will drive the vision and purpose of the facility, ensuring accountability at all levels of operation. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to engage with residents, families, and the community to build trust and foster a supportive environment. Your strategic results will be measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, retention rates, and business development results. To succeed in this position, you must possess a current LNHA license in the state of operation and have at least three years of experience managing a skilled nursing facility. Your previous experience should demonstrate success in clinical evidence, staff satisfaction, and financial outcomes, showcasing your ability to lead effectively in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development and financial outcomes.
