Paradigm Insurance Agency is seeking a qualified P&C Licensed Agency Manager and Customer Service Representative to oversee the Property and Casualty Division. This full-time role involves managing customer inquiries, selling P&C insurance, and developing operational procedures to ensure high-quality customer service within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Sell Property and Casualty insurance products.
• Complete new business transactions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Ensure continuity of customer care within the Paradigm Family of Companies.

Requirements

• Valid Property & Casualty License is required.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
