Responsibilities

• Service existing customers via phone for renewals and cancellations.
• Assist customers with adding and deleting vehicles from their policies.
• Help customers with adding lienholders to their policies.
• Resolve billing issues for clients and policyholders.

Requirements

• Must hold a Texas P & C license.
• Knowledge of the underwriting process is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
