About the position
As a Licensed Part-Time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you will play a crucial role in improving access to quality mental health care. This position involves evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients. You will work in a supportive environment that values creativity, compassion, and authenticity, contributing to the mission of destigmatizing mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement treatment plans.
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status clinicians.
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, etc.).
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
