The role involves providing patient care in various facilities across Pennsylvania, with a focus on compliance with healthcare regulations and effective communication with healthcare teams. This position allows nurses to make a difference on their own terms, with the added benefit of a virtual hiring process and no minimum hour requirements per week.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess and implement patient care needs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Prepare patients for and assist with examinations and treatments.
• Use Alayacare App to schedule shifts with our ePeople schedulers, clock in and out and build your flexible schedule.
• Demonstrate adequate judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Nursing License/Certificate
• Valid Hands-on CPR Certification (Online only not accepted)
• Current Physical (within 1 year)
• Current Two-Step TB skin test (within 1 year), blood work (dated after application date), or chest X-ray (within 6 months)
• Clear Background Check (provided by ePeople; Some facilities will not accept anyone with a criminal record.)
• Current Drug Screen (provided by ePeople, if needed)
• Professional references (minimum of 2)
• The COVID-19 vaccine is required by the facilities we staff. Some facilities accept medical and religious waivers.
