About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care.
- Observe, document, and report patient conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care.
- Administer medications.
- Order medication and medical supplies.
- Provide immediate medical attention to emergencies.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN license in the state of Ohio.
- Completion of an approved Medication Administration course.
- Biennial renewal of LPN licensure as a practical nurse.
- Obtain & maintain certification in CPR.
- Current immunizations.
