About the position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at MS HomeCare involves providing quality patient care in a home health setting. Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.
- Deliver services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and in accordance with the plan of care.
- Instruct the patient's family in care and maintenance of a healthy environment.
- Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising nurse or physician.
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance.
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR Certification required.
