Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners in performing procedures in the Urgent Care and specialty clinics.
• Manage telephone prescription orders and refills.
• Maintain accurate patient records and relay test results to patients and healthcare providers.
• Provide safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.
• Six months of related experience required.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in applicable specialty area preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Knowledge of medical records, procedures, and terminology.
