Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care under the direction of physicians and the Manager.
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of South Dakota or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in weight management or similar fields.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
