About the position

Lakeview Village is seeking dedicated and trustworthy full-time Licensed Nurses to join our compassionate team. Located in Lenexa, Kansas, Lakeview Village is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that has been serving the community for nearly 60 years. We pride ourselves on providing sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care, and we are honored to have been recognized for five consecutive years as one of the U.S. News & World Report's Best Short Stay Rehab facilities. Our primary goal is to promote the well-being and satisfaction of our residents by supporting resident-centered care in a nurturing and supportive environment. As a Licensed Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in our 5-star community. In this role, you will work in an agency-free environment with consistent schedules, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. We offer competitive pay, shift differentials, and a variety of shifts including full-time and part-time options, as well as a weekend program with both 12 and 8-hour shifts. Ideal candidates will possess a valid nursing license in the state of Kansas, CPR certification, and an empathetic approach to caring for the elderly. You will be expected to work collaboratively with residents, their relatives, staff, and other healthcare professionals while meeting the physical demands of the job.
