Overview: As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role at either our 20-suite nursing home or 18 suite Assisted Living Memory Care in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our residents, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
