About the position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Signature HealthCARE of Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to patients and residents. This role emphasizes compassionate care, supervision of nursing assistants, and adherence to healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure compliance of all nursing personnel with the facility's written policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR Certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
