About the position
VitalCaring Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their Orlando branch. The role involves providing high-quality skilled care to patients in their homes, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring that patient needs are fully addressed. Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the RN to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
- Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients
- Thoroughly document care delivery daily in our EMR system
- Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
- Current Vocational/Practical Nurse License
- Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
- One year experience as a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse in a clinical care setting required
- Home health experience preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Familiar and comfortable with technology
- HCHB experience is a plus
