About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Archbold Living Pelham is responsible for evaluating data collection and carrying out plans of care and established goals. The LPN will maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and their prioritization of care. Responsibilities include reviewing diagnostic test results and following up per physician orders, reassessing patients as their condition changes, and notifying the RN or physician of any changes. The LPN will also develop and carry out discharge plans, document all care in the patient's medical record clearly and concisely, assist with the upkeep of examination rooms, and ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal, and JCAHO standards.
