About the position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Archbold Living Camilla is responsible for evaluating data collection and carrying out the plan of care and established goals. The LPN will maintain patient flow by recognizing different levels of acuity and their prioritization of care. This role includes reviewing diagnostic test results and following up per physician orders, reassessing patients as their condition changes, and notifying the RN or physician of any changes. The LPN will also develop and carry out discharge plans, document all care in the patient's medical record in a clear, concise, complete, and legible manner, assist with the upkeep of examination rooms as needed, and ensure compliance with Hospital Policies and Procedures, as well as State, Federal, and JCAHO standards.

Requirements
- Current GA LPN License
- Previous nursing/patient care experience preferred
