About the position

The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position at Rula Health offers an opportunity for licensed clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health care while enjoying complete schedule autonomy and administrative support. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your caseload and work remotely, focusing solely on client care without the burden of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Manage your own schedule and client caseload without minimum requirements.
• Utilize Rula's administrative support for billing, claims, and technical assistance.
• Participate in case consultations and community support with fellow therapists.
• Engage in continuous professional development through available resources.

Requirements

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Must be licensed to practice in Connecticut.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telehealth counseling.
• Familiarity with measurement informed care practices.
