About the position
The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position at Rula Health involves providing high-quality behavioral health care to clients while enjoying the flexibility of a contractor role. This position allows for complete schedule autonomy, enabling counselors to determine their caseload and working hours. Rula Health supports its providers by managing administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on client care. The role is primarily remote, with some flexibility for in-person sessions if desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Manage client sessions and maintain accurate session notes.
- Collaborate with Rula's dedicated support team for administrative tasks.
- Participate in case consultations and community support activities.
- Craft a provider profile to attract best-fit client referrals.
Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
- Ability to provide telehealth services.
- Experience in behavioral health care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with diverse client populations.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
