About the position

As a Bilingual Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent at TTEC, you will work remotely to provide exceptional customer service by resolving escalated or complex calls. Your role will involve consulting on products, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position emphasizes the importance of compassion and effective communication in delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
• Upsell products or services to existing customers as needed

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty license
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge
• Integrity to follow guidelines on maintaining members' privacy
• Computer experience
• High-speed internet connection (> 10 mbps)
• Smartphone or device that runs iOS or Android for daily log-in

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in upselling products or services
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
