About the position
SonderMind is seeking licensed psychiatrists to join a community dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. The role offers flexibility in practice settings, including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid options, while ensuring clinical autonomy and support from a multidisciplinary team. Psychiatrists will have access to tools and resources that facilitate practice growth and patient care, including streamlined credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to clients.
- Utilize scheduling assistance tools and patient communication channels.
- Participate in the credentialing process for insurance payors.
- Engage in weekly Office Hours with colleagues and the Medical Director.
- Make informed decisions about treatment approaches based on clinical expertise.
- Consult with peers and grow professional networks.
- Control and personalize caseload through thoughtful client matching.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Handle billing processes to ensure guaranteed pay bi-weekly.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed psychiatrist residing in the state of Maine.
- Available for full-time or part-time contract work.
