About the position
SonderMind is seeking licensed psychiatrists to join a community dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. The role offers flexibility in practice settings, including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid options, while ensuring clinical autonomy and support from a multidisciplinary team. Psychiatrists will have access to tools and resources that facilitate practice growth and patient care, including streamlined credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to clients.
- Engage in clinical decision-making and treatment approaches based on individual patient needs.
- Participate in weekly Office Hours with colleagues and the Medical Director for quality assurance and case consultation.
- Utilize scheduling assistance tools and patient communication channels to enhance practice efficiency.
- Participate in collaborative care models with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed psychiatrist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Available for full-time or part-time contract work.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with telemedicine practices.
