SonderMind is seeking licensed psychiatrists to join their community of mental health professionals dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. The role offers flexibility in practice settings, including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid options, while ensuring clinical autonomy and support from a multidisciplinary team. Psychiatrists will have access to various tools and resources to enhance their practice and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to clients.
- Utilize scheduling assistance tools and patient communication channels.
- Participate in the credentialing process with major insurance payors.
- Engage in weekly Office Hours with colleagues and the Medical Director.
- Control and personalize your caseload through thoughtful client matching.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Handle billing processes and ensure guaranteed pay bi-weekly for completed sessions.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed psychiatrist residing in the state of Oregon.
- Available for full-time or part-time contract positions.
