About the position
SonderMind is seeking licensed psychiatrists to join their community of mental health professionals dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. The role offers flexibility in practice settings, including office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid options, while ensuring robust support and resources for professional growth. Psychiatrists will have the opportunity to work autonomously, engage in collaborative care, and benefit from streamlined credentialing processes with major insurers.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care to clients.
- Utilize scheduling assistance tools and patient communication channels.
- Participate in weekly Office Hours with colleagues and the Medical Director.
- Engage in collaborative care with primary care physicians and other healthcare practices.
- Control and personalize your caseload through thoughtful client matching.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed psychiatrist residing in the state of Oregon.
- Available for full-time or part-time contract work.
