About the position
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a combination of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Philadelphia, PA. The role emphasizes client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, with a focus on supporting clinicians to excel in their practice. Clinicians will be part of a clinician-founded national private practice group dedicated to helping individuals lead happy and successful lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions.
- See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
- Maintain timely completion of clinical notes within 24 hours.
- Participate in case consultation groups and professional development opportunities.
- Support clients with a focus on integrity, honesty, and quality of care.
Requirements
- Must have an independent license in Pennsylvania (Licensed Clinical Psychologists - PhD or PsyD).
- Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they practice.
- Willingness to see couples and/or children as a Behavioral Health Generalist.
- Self-guided determination and strong character traits.
