Licensed Psychologist

About the position

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a combination of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role emphasizes client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, with a focus on supporting clinicians to excel in their practice. Clinicians will be part of a clinician-founded national private practice group dedicated to helping individuals lead happy and successful lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions.
• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Participate in case consultation groups.
• Engage in professional development and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Must have an independent license in Virginia (Licensed Clinical Psychologists - PhD or PsyD).
• Must be licensed and residing in the state of practice.
• Willingness to see a diverse patient population including couples and children.
• Self-guided determination and strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, and adaptability.

Nice-to-haves

• Interest in growing into leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience in behavioral health generalist roles.
