About the position

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a combination of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Allentown, PA. The role emphasizes client accessibility, integrity, and quality care, with a focus on supporting clinicians to excel in their practice. Clinicians will be part of a clinician-founded national private practice group dedicated to helping individuals lead happy and successful lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions.
• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours.
• Participate in case consultation groups.
• Support clients with integrity, honesty, and adaptability.

Requirements

• Fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania.
• Must be licensed and residing in the state of practice.
• Willingness to see couples and/or children as a Behavioral Health Generalist.
• Self-guided determination and strong character.
